ProMedica Physicians Urology is currently recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the practice in Sylvania, Ohio.

• Join a team of three physicians
• No weekends/holidays or on call
• Schedule- 8a-4:30p

• Certificate of Authority to practice. 
• State licensure(s) required in the state(s) where the Nurse Practitioner will work.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification(s) applicable to your role.
• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
