ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Adult Medicine Clinic located on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH.
- Full time position (4-5 days/week)
- Established, busy ambulatory clinic located at the Medical Office Building on the campus of Toledo Hospital
- Provides comprehensive medical services following a patient care medical home model
- Currently 2 physicians and 5 APPs
- Call Coverage: weekly rotation and after-hours call
- Clinic hours are M-F, 7 am – 8 pm (flexibility)

- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification(s) based on function and patient demographic.
- Current Ohio state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Master’s in nursing or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP role, or Master’s degree for PA role
