Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food & Beverage and Food Serviceon a daily basisby walking F&B Standards to prioritize your business needs andidentifyclosing priorities while leading the closing team through those tasks
At the direction of your direct leader,establishclear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable tothoseexpectations.
Be apartner to the store leadership team through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables, leveragecheck-inand check-outs as daily connection points.
Maintaina fresh, full and food safe area during all operatinghoursleveragingstrong inventory management, cleaningroutinesand Food Safety policies and procedures.
Assign dailytasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader.
Validate and follow-up on team members’ progress against their assigned prioritized workload tasks, production area routines, and application of best practices.
Lead anddemonstratea culture of executing all best practices learning; help close skill gaps through development,coachingand teaminteractions.
Leadteam huddles to communicateeveningfocuses and trends,leveragingstore reporting and HQ communications.
Develop andmaintainrelationships with vendors to ensure clear expectations areestablished, brand standards (such as delivery and merchandising) are beingmetand areas are full andmaintained.
Remainup-to-dateon relevant trends and products to educate team members.
Support yourdirectleader in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Become a subject matter expert in federal,stateand localadult beveragelaws as they apply to your business and protect the store’s liquor license (if applicable).
Lead your team to uphold andmaintainall Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and foster a productive partnership with your Starbucks district manager, following up on key takeaways from their time in your store (if applicable).
In addition to Food Safety Manager Certification, complete all Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements or certifications (if applicable).
Foster a productive relationship with your Starbucks district manager DM (if applicable), attend required in-store planning and business meetings and follow-up on key takeaways from their time in your store.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance;lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment.
Lead anddemonstratea safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors,identifyingand correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations,assistingwith incident response, and reporting/investigating injuriestimelyand accurately.
Model the execution of physical security processesin order toenhance the instore security culture.
Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store,including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices.
Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creatingequitableexperiences.
Address all store emergency and compliance requirements.
As a keycarrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes.
Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts based on store needs
