As the Sr Business Partner role in Store Fulfillment, you will work alongside team members from the business and stores, to understand current situation, identify drivers for improvement, and deliver solutions to stores within the Order Pickup, Drive Up and Grocery Pickup run-state programs. Through their partnership, this Sr Business Partner role will support an environment that reinforces continuous support directly to our team members in stores, executional support of projects from headquarters partners and creating the right feedback loops between the two.

Take a hands-on approach to ensure store’s questions are being addressed through various communication channels in a timely manner
Support workstreams that evolve how the store teams engage with headquarters for Store’s Fullfillment questions and support
Manage supplies used by our OPU and DU delivery teams such as jackets, vests, labels, bags, etc.
Execute space project initiatives inclusive of grocery pickup capacity maintenance and peak space store guides
Represent store’s fulfillment within Target sustainability workstreams
Develops and executes detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports
Provides leaders with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process focused objectives

About You
Bachelor’s in business, communication or related degree or equivalent work experience
4-6 years related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage details of various projects simultaneously
Comfort with Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to build a strong network within Target and the ability to leverage resources and relationships to get things done
Empathetic; ability to inspire team members and leaders to achieve results
Passionate about delivering greater value to Target store teams and Target guests
Strong interpersonal skills (listening and communication) characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external constituents, stakeholders, and audiences.
Desire to learn new capabilities and enable others to do the same
Ability to influence others and manage difficult situations

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
